Scandinavian Airlines is the official airlines, which means that all delegates and their guests will receive discounts on their flights to and from London. Please enter code UK0801 to receive the discount when purchasing tickets from SAS. You can buy tickets on their website or by calling the numbers listed below.

The first day of the conference, 6 March, will be at University College London in Drayton House on Gordon Street. The other two days of the conference, 7 and 8 March, will be at the Institute of Germanic and Romance Studies. IGRS is in the Bloomsbury area of London, near the British Museum and Russell Square. There is no official conference hotel, but you might want to stay at a hotel in this area. The Imperial group has six hotels at a range of prices (from £41 to £74 for a single per night, including breakfast), all in Bloomsbury, so they are particularly convenient. Otherwise, there are nearby bus and tube stops, so you could stay in other parts of the city. Here is information on public transportation in the United Kingdom's capital city.
